Wingfield Digby is a luxury, British brand inspired by country sports and the great British countryside. We are renowned for incorporating real bird feathers (including pheasant, partridge, guinea fowl, duck, goose and even peacock) into our homeware and menswear designs. We have over 60 stockists across the UK and exhibit at leading events throughout the year including Badminton, The Game Fair and Spirit of Christmas.

We are looking for an organised and reliable Marketing & Operations Assistant to join the team at Wingfield Digby HQ in West Sussex.

The successful candidate will assist in a cross section of roles, so it is a brilliant opportunity for someone looking to gain real hands on experience in a growing retail company.  They will quickly take on a great deal of responsibility and a variety of different roles, so must be a quick learner, a hard worker and extremely responsible.

Candidate requirements:
- Organised and energetic
- Social Media savvy
- Able to take initiative
- A quick learner and a hard worker
- Positive and have a can-do attitude
- Able to drive
- Detail focussed
- Strong in their written and verbal communication
- Willing to pull up their sleeves and get stuck in
- Able to use photoshop (an advantage, not essential)

    The role will be split into both Marketing and Operations and will include the below:

    Marketing:
    - Exposure to all Social Media Business platforms and all marketing campaigns
    - Involvement in maintaining the Instagram and Facebook shops
    - Creating content for Instagram and Facebook, including Instagram Reels & Stories
    - Involvement in all product photoshoots including planning, set up, shooting and editing and all brand collaborations
    - Assisting with company sales newsletters and blogs
    - Helping with any photoshopping using Adobe Photoshop
    - Basic amendments to the company website
    Operations
    - Involvement in preparing monthly reporting
    - Order fulfilment including packing and dispatching
    - Day-to-day customer interaction
    - General ad hoc help supporting the team
    - Basic stock management and quality checking of products

     

      Salary:  £20,000-£22,000, depending on experience. More experienced Marketing candidates would also be considered.
